Current Mission: 'Life'

Following the Borg Invasion of 2401, the worlds of the United Federation of Planets struggle to rebuild from the destruction wrought. As billions overcome the affliction of their forced assimilation, billions more fight their own prejudices toward the afflicted. In the middle of it is the USS Saratoga. Recently relaunched from Spacedock, the Saratoga has been assigned to the Maelstrom as the new Federation flagship for the region. Their mission: to restore the Federation's place in this war-torn region and help bring the galaxy back from darkness. But, in the Maelstrom, the final frontier fights back. Dangerous radiation lurks everywhere, subspace rifts threaten to rip space to shreds, and quantum destabilizations can unravel time itself.
